Rainy days never say goodbye
It's been a month after my last post, regarding my birthday, and much has happened, while much has stayed the same. Can't say life has been a big improvement, but at least it's not all dull and boring.
Actually, personal life is still the same old, same old. Stagnant as usual. I think I've totally lost the knack of finding and entering into a relationship. Also more than likely that I look fugly and totally unattractive to all women :P
And it's Northeast monsoon season.. actually, it's more than a month early... but it has been absolutely bucketing down the past two weeks.
Job-wise, I have a new project that I am very much into. It really helps when you enjoy what you do, and I'm at least happy that things are going ok.
Also, courtesy of a friendly mobilephone manufacturer, I'll be heading to Sydney next week, so I'll be able to catch up with me bro and his wife. Interesting that he's getting tickets to watch the Perth Glory versus Sydney soccer match... and that we are probably going to be the only Perth fans at the match...
Also, as part of the travel package, I get to hike the Blue Mountains. Something I've never done, considering the 10 years I've spent in Australia. Looking forwards to it, and ticking it off my list of Aussie To-Dos, including:
1. Visiting Tasmania
2. Visiting Darwin
3. Diving the Great Barrier Reef
4. Fishing for Barrimundi in the Northern Territories.
Its actually a short list... I've done practically everything else you can do in Australia!
